1. Who we are

Motoisimo ("we", "us") is a brand of DirectPoint Media LLC. Motoisimo provides motorcycle insurance quote services, insurance information, and educational resources directly to consumers through its website. Motoisimo is not an insurance carrier, agency, or broker. Motoisimo provides its own quote services, informational resources, and customer support directly through its website. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval.

These Terms of Service (this "Agreement") govern your use of the Motoisimo website and the services offered on it. By using the website or submitting a quote request, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Motoisimo. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own.

3. Quotes

When you submit a request, Motoisimo uses the details you provide to prepare and deliver your quote. Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval, and final pricing, coverage, and availability may differ from any estimate. Submitting a request does not bind coverage and does not guarantee a quote, approval, or a particular price.

There is no cost to use Motoisimo and no obligation to purchase anything.

4. Communications and your consent

Our quote form contains a required checkbox agreeing to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and two separate, optional checkboxes for text messages: one for account notification messages and one for marketing messages. Text-message consent is never required to request a quote. The fine print shown above the submit button describes how Motoisimo may contact you about your inquiry by phone and email.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing [email protected]. Details of our text-message program are in the Motoisimo SMS Terms.

5. Our contracted service provider

In order to fulfill your request, Motoisimo may use contracted service providers, which act solely on Motoisimo's behalf and at Motoisimo's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by Motoisimo and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit information about another person without their permission, submit false information, interfere with the website, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated means to submit requests.

7. Information only

Articles, explanations, and examples on this website are general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice, and are not a description of any specific policy. Always read a policy's own documents before you buy.

8. Intellectual property

The Motoisimo name, logo, text, and illustrations on this website are owned by DirectPoint Media LLC and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirectPoint Media LLC and Motoisimo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
