Program

Program name: Motoisimo SMS Program. Motoisimo is a brand of DirectPoint Media LLC. 1408 E 13th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

Two separate message types

Account notifications — messages about your own quote request, such as quote updates and status alerts. You receive these only if you check the optional account notification box on our form.

Marketing — promotional messages from Motoisimo, such as special offers and insurance-related promotions. You receive these only if you check the separate, optional marketing box on our form.

Each type has its own checkbox. Neither is required to request a quote, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

How you join

You join by checking one or both optional SMS boxes on the final step of our quote form and entering your mobile number. Your first message confirms your enrollment and asks you to reply YES to confirm.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Replying STOP to any message ends all Motoisimo SMS Program messages to that number, both account notifications and marketing. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected].

Your mobile information

SMS opt-in and consent: your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent status will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

In order to fulfill your request, Motoisimo may use contracted service providers, which act solely on Motoisimo's behalf and at Motoisimo's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by Motoisimo and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
